What?

Bathroom Brands wanted to profile their typical customer to help them attract new ones. They didn’t have any customer data.

How?

We used our data insight process called ‘Geckowise’ to profile Bathroom Brand’s typical customer. We found 20 distinct characteristics based on household income, number of bedrooms, home owner status etc. We used this insight to find a target market of 100,000 people.

Gecko then printed and managed the delivery of a personalised mailshot to the target market and print managed all their point of sale collateral.

Result...

The personalised mailshot resulted in a significant uplift in visitors to their website and the point of sale attracted more customers in store.
